Student Referral & Support Request Process
We believe early intervention and transparent communication build thriving school communities. Families, educators, and scholars can connect with our team through three clear pathways.
Student Self-Referrals
Students are always welcome to request an appointment by stopping by the Counseling Suite before school, during lunch, or after school, or by submitting our private digital Student Counselor Check-In Form
Family Referrals
Parents and guardians who notice changes in their child’s mood, attendance, or academic engagement are encouraged to contact their student’s assigned counselor directly via phone or email, or schedule a formal family meeting.
Faculty & Staff Referrals
Teachers and staff submit instructional or behavioral observations through our internal referral system, initiating collaborative Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions.
