A School Grows in Brooklyn

Become a Panther
Cristo Rey Brooklyn (CRB) High School offers students the opportunity to achieve academic excellence and corporate work experience. Our rigorous college preparatory curriculum is designed with the expectation that all students will enroll in college. We seek students who have demonstrated academic potential and motivation. Our students must have the maturity to be successful at both school and work.

Become a Work Study Partner
Coupled with our challenging and comprehensive academic program is the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), which provides students with a life-changing opportunity to work and earn approximately 50% of the cost of their education. Far more than a source of revenue for the school and a way for students to finance their education, the CWS offers the opportunity for students to gain experience in the real-world, motivating them to finish high school, enter and complete college, and join the workforce as productive citizens and become “professionals for others.”

Become a Supporter
The generosity and support of our donors makes it possible for us to provide many wonderful opportunities for our students, both through their experiences at work and in the classroom. On average, our tuition covers only 10% of the cost of our students’ education. The students themselves earn approximately 40-50% of their education via the money they earn through the CWS. That leaves an additional 40-50% funding gap. Your support directly helps close that gap and give our talented students the “matching” funds they need to receive and benefit from a true college preparatory education. Thank you for considering a tax-deductible donation to Cristo Rey Brooklyn.
